Pizza wizard and culinary aficionado Scott, will be the captain of your cooking class adventures and creator of catering menus. With years of experience in diverse kitchens learning from some of the top chefs in town and internationally, Scott is keen to share with you all that he's learned. Jordan will be the one answering your emails, pouring your wine (and likely asking you about your pets)!

Back in 2021, while Scott was creating pizza programs and dough recipes, Jordan was at the table next to him making paninis...the rest is history! A couple years later they established the Pizza & Destroy pop up, creating some pretty iconic Detroit style pizzas.

With a love of community and good food, Scott and Jordan decided to branch out and expand the Destroy company - now hosting cooking classes and catering events.
